Company Overview
Southridge Healthcare Center is a 24 hour skilled nursing center offering rehab to home, long-term, short-term and respite care. Our skilled nursing population challenges the skills of our nurses. Southridge is centrally located in Sioux Falls in a quiet area with little traffic and has a home-like atmosphere. Additionally, the community has a newly renovated short-term rehabilitation center for residents to complete therapy and go back to their previous living arrangement.

For over 40 years Southridge Healthcare has been providing professional nursing and therapy services for the Sioux Falls area community.
